This week; we are still hearing from people who are fed up with the state of their roads and pavements after contractors have finished the work yet according to the Department of Infrastructure, the utility provider is legally responsible for reinstating the roadway to an agreed standard.
Consumer expert Jimmy Hughes is in studio with Linda to discuss a variety of car queries; from motability cars and an update on the Motability Transitional Protection Scheme, to Personal Contract Plans. Since 2013, more than 50,000 people have had their vehicles taken off them because they transferred from DLA to PIP. And when is buying a car not technically buying a car? Last month, the Financial Conduct Authority launched a probe into the UK car finance market over concerns about a 'lack of transparency, potential conflicts of interest and irresponsible lending in the motor finance industry'.
