Fit Pets For Spring Part One
Winter saw Jules’ faithful hound Teddy tipping the scales at a doggy weigh-in. In a bid to help shed the extra pounds for spring Jules and Teddy are embarking on a new fitness regime with the aid of the latest pet gadget. But has the hard work paid off? With the help of animal behaviourist, Dr Emily Blackwell, Jules and Teddy analyse the results before picking up some extra tips on how to keep Teddy happy and healthy.

Anita Rani visits Sophie Goodwin-Hughes at The Dartmoor Soap Company, a thriving cottage industry, started in Sophie’s kitchen three years ago. Anita hunts down the crucial ingredients, beeswax and goats milk, both sourced locally on Dartmoor and tries her hand at making her own block of soap. Â
Piglets
Paul Martin has got his eye on some new additions to the family, so he is off to a nearby farm to meet some spring piglets. Aldetha Raymond and her husband Kevin run courses for smallholders and are the perfect people to help Paul with everything he needs to know about pig keeping.
Fit Pets For Spring Part Two
In an attempt at Spring fitness, Jules Hudson and his beloved dog Teddy meet a group of fitness and dog enthusiasts in the New Forest for a training session of canicross – the sport of running off road attached to your dog by a bungee cord!
