The daughter of a murdered UDR soldier accuses the government of stalling legacy investigations while suspects are still alive.

All this week we're focusing on key issues ahead of the general election. Today the spotlight is on legacy - how we deal with the murder and mayhem of our troubled past. We can hear now from the daughter of a UDR corporal murdered by the Provisional IRA 40 years ago, and who's accused the government of stalling legacy investigations while they wait for suspects to die. Serena Hamilton's father David Graham died ten days after being shot in Coalisland in 1977. Serena joins us along with Seamus Heaney whose brother Dennis, an IRA member, was shot dead a year later by an undercover soldier in Derry.

And the heartbreaking story of the 12-year-old anorexic girl who wants to be left to die... we hear from her mother.
