The mother of Manchester bomb victim Charlotte Campbell appeals for people to stand together against terrorism.

A minute's silence will be observed across the UK at 11 o'clock this morning to remember the 22 people who were killed in the suicide bombing at Manchester Arena. Eight people remain in custody as the police investigate whether Salman Abedi had links to a wider network. One of those is his older brother. His father and a younger brother have also been detained by special forces in Libya. One of the victims was an off-duty policewoman. Charlotte Campbell, whose 15-year-old daughter Olivia died in the bombing, made an emotional plea at a vigil in Bury last night, urging people not to let the attack beat them.

麻豆社 News has been told the police have stopped sharing information about the Manchester bombing with officials in the United States, following a series of leaks thought to have come from the American intelligence community. Last night, "The New York Times" published photographs apparently showing fragments from the bomb and a backpack used to conceal it. Theresa May is expected to raise the issue with President Trump today, at a NATO meeting in Brussels.
