In the grand finale to their epic battle, two of television's best known antiques experts - Mark Franks and Lorne Spicer - go head-to-head in a fight for profit. Until now, the two experts had been buying antiques in a variety of different environments with the aim of selling their purchases on to make as much profit as possible. But today they can buy whatever they like, wherever they like.
They each have 1,000 pounds of their own money to spend on purchasing the items they think will generate the most profit - the rest is up to them. They will be calling on all of their experience, contacts and resources because there can be only one winner.
