Pádraig Schäler's mother, Pat O'Byrne and his sister Maria Schäler, speak to Máire Bhreathnach about Pádraig's life-changing accident which resulted in Severe Acquired Brain Injury. They tell Máire about their efforts to develop the project, 'An Saol', which will be a pilot project for five people with brain injuries over a three year period. Also, gorse fires around Ireland are wreaking havoc and one of the worst was at the 4,000-hectare forest in County Galway. We speak to Edward O'Shea, station manager in Carraroe Fire Station in County Galway about their efforts to quench the fire. Journalists James Wilson, who joins us live from New York, and Dónall Mac Giolla Chóill speak to Máire about Trump and his firing of the FBI director, James Comey.
