In Conversation with Andrew Lloyd Webber

In special programme, Elaine speaks to the legendary composer Andrew Lloyd Webber about his historic achievement of having four shows running concurrently on Broadway.

With contemporary-minded musicals such as "Hamilton" and "Dear Evan Hansen" continuing to draw standing-room-only crowds on Broadway, attention has once again turned to the iconic and perhaps more traditional work of Andrew Lloyd Webber - who with a roster of era-defining musicals and a canon of hits going back nearly half a century, is once again the toast of the town.
In this special programme, Elaine Paige; Andrew's long term friend, colleague and collaborator, and arguably the greatest interpreter of his music, talks to the legendary composer as he celebrates the milestone of having four shows running concurrently on the Great White Way; a feat not seen since 1953, and together, they look in depth at each of the musicals which have earned him this great honour.
