Trading Standards says the financial abuse of the elderly and vulnerable is widespread, but little is being done to prosecute the abusers. The Gambling Commission is reviewing how customers make complaints about online bookies. Dispute services say they are overwhelmed with complaints from punters who say the rules for special offers and bonuses are unfair and make it impossible to win.
