Retail Entrepreneur Harold Tillman CBE ran Jaeger for nearly 10 years until 2012 and reversed its fortunes. After he left the brand struggled to find its place on the high street; he speaks to Winifred about his time at Jaeger and whether he's interested in being involved with the clothing retailer once again.
Trading Standards says the financial abuse of the elderly and vulnerable is widespread, but little is being done to prosecute the abusers. Dudley Council's Trading Standards Team recently managed to bring a case against Vanessa Robinson who was sentenced to five and a half years in prison for fraud and perverting the cause of justice. Vanessa Robinson posed as a carer and groomed and stole money from a 90 year old World War Two veteran. We speak to the lead officer and a friend of the victim about the difficulties in making authorities aware of what's really going on.
The secondary ticketing website Viagogo is selling tickets that cannot be used if they're bought from re-sale sites. We speak to people who bought the tickets for Six Nations Rugby and the Chelsea Flower Show who have been turned away from the event or worried they will be.
The Gambling Commission is reviewing how customers make complaints about online bookies. Dispute services say they are overwhelmed with complaints from punters who say the rules for special offers and bonuses are unfair and make it impossible to win.
