Episode 3
Angus Deayton hosts the search for Britain's best team of pastry chefs. Three teams face the juggling act of making 72 perfectly baked viennoiseries.
In the final heat of the first half of 2017's Bake Off: Creme de la Creme, three teams battle it out for two places in the semi-finals.
For their miniatures challenge, they face the juggling act of making 72 perfectly baked viennoiseries with an added bicolour element as well as 72 tantalising cup petits fours.
For their next challenge, they're given four hours to produce a magnificent under-the-sea themed chocolate showpiece accompanied by three types of chocolate bon bons, 108 in total.
To impress the judges, their creations must demonstrate a mastery of chocolate, consummate technical ability and artistic flair. But which two teams will secure those semi-final places and whose hopes and dreams will be shattered?
