New presenter, Arlene Stuart gets thrown in at the deep end when she goes out on exercise with the crew of the newt St Abbs Lifeboat. After the withdrawal of the RNLI lifeboat the community set about raising £500,000 to buy and run their own lifeboat.

Nick's Monkfish Livers recipe
MONKFISH LIVERS WITH GARLIC BUTTER
1 monkfish liver (approx 200g), de-veined and cut into 12 pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
50g butter
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
Zest of half lemon
1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
ï‚·
Heat non stick fry pan, season livers, quickly pan fry in oil for 45 seconds on each sideï‚·
Turn out onto a cold trayï‚·
Add butter to pan, when browning add garlic, then parsley and zest, finally juice and seasonï‚·
Return livers to pan and mix togetherï‚·
