Episode 4
Len Goodman takes footballing legend and television presenter and pundit Dion Dublin back to Great Yarmouth to reminisce about his seaside holiday from 1979.
In this journey through time, Len Goodman takes footballing legend and television presenter and pundit Dion Dublin back to Great Yarmouth to reminisce about his seaside holiday from 1979.
First up, Len surprises Dion by picking him up in a 1970s Morris Marina Coupe - similar to the one he would have travelled from Leicester in back in 79 and that is where the memories start flooding back. They start the holiday by visiting the caravan park that Dion stayed in as a boy.
The competitive twosome lock horns in a football match on the beach and then take the battle to the race track as they compete in Segway racing! They also tuck into a delicacy that Dion remembers clearly as a kid - mushy peas and mint.
Along the way, we get some real insights into Dion's career, which included a stint at Manchester United and now sees him presenting Homes Under the Hammer. We also delve into what made this holiday so memorable for a young Dion Dublin.
