Election row - UUP leader Mike Nesbitt says he would transfer votes to SDLP over other unionists

A significant move by the Ulster Unionist leader Mike Nesbitt yesterday. He says, after voting for his own party's candidates, he will transfer his votes to the SDLP ahead of other unionist candidates. That triggered huge criticism from the DUP and TUV. It was also rejected by one of Mr Nesbitt's own senior party colleagues. Newry and Armagh UUP candidate, Danny Kennedy, last night advised his supporters to give their second preference to the DUP. He said on Facebook - "I confirm that I will be advising my supporters to give their Second Preference Vote to the only other Unionist candidate standing in the constituency of Newry and Armagh. I believe it is important to protect the two pro-union seats in this constituency." Stephen talks to Mike Nesbitt, DUP's Edwin Poots, Sinn Fein's John O'Dowd and commentators Chris Donnelly and Alex Kane.
Also on the programme, the mother of a young man with mental health problems, has hit out at the PSNI claiming they 'made a mockery of him' on Facebook. In the early hours of Saturday morning her son was picked up in the Bangor area - naked. This lead to a post on Facebook which said it wanted to share a story that 'gave us (the PSNI) a chuckle'. It mentioned the 'naked man' they had picked up who - 'fell down a hole'. Using the hashtags including #FullMoon, #HideNStreak and #KeepingPeopleDecent. Stephen spoke to his mother, who we will call Jayne.
Plus Stephen is joined by broadcasting legend John Humphrys.
