As we say goodbye to 2016 and hello to 2017, presenters Fearne Cotton and Reggie Yates get the New Year's Eve party started with the biggest and best songs of the year, and they round up the celebrations with the last number one of 2016.
Kicking off the New Year's Eve celebrations, former Rudimental vocalist and now successful solo artist in her own right Anne-Marie performs her track Alarm, singer-songwriter Tom Odell performs his new single Silhouette from his number two album Wrong Crowd, Dua Lipa performs her song of the summer Blow Your Mind (Mwah), which notched up 16 million hits on YouTube, Stockport-born indie pop band Blossoms perform their catchy earworm Charlemagne, Craig David performs the official Children in Need single All We Needed, DJs Kideko and George Kwali team up with rising grime star Nadia Rose and reggae legend Sweetie Irie to perform their huge tune Crank It (Woah!) for the first time on TV, James Arthur performs his number one hit Say You Won't Let Go, Northampton-born and Norwegian-raised DJ Alan Walker showcases his massive European hit and multiplatinum-selling smash Faded, fellow Scandinavian and pop princess Zara Larsson performs her new single I Would Like, former The Wanted lead vocalist Nathan Sykes performs his solo hit Famous, classically trained electro pop hit maker Jonas Blue performs his hit Perfect Strangers with up-and-coming singer JP Cooper and, to wrap up the party, electronic number one hit machines Clean Bandit are joined by X Factor 2015 winner Louisa Johnson to perform their huge 2016 track Tears.
