Young Musicians' Platform Award, Chorus Ireland, Cantabelles, Belfast Guitar Orchestra

Performances from the three classical winners of the Young Musicians' Platform Award and vocal group Cantabelles. Plus David Brophy on Chorus Ireland.

Richard Allen (harp), Seán Morgan-Rooney (piano), and Aaron O'Hare (baritone) are the three classical winners of the Northern Ireland Young Musicians' Platform Award. They perform Harty, Chopin and Bizet in the foyer of Â鶹Éç Broadcasting House in Belfast and tell John what winning the award - run by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland in collaboration with Â鶹Éç Northern Ireland - means to them.

Dungannon vocal ensemble Cantabelles perform Christmas carols and David Brophy tells us about his new scratch choir, Chorus Ireland.

Belfast Guitar Orchestra are this week's Music Makers and John's Classical Connection brings you Christmas carols from far-flung places.
