It's draft budget day at Holyrood and Scotland could become the highest taxed region in the UK if Derek MacKay doesn't pass on the UK Governments tax cut for highest earners. We want to know what kind of tax regime do you want for Scotland? Should we use more of our new tax powers - but should we raise or cut taxes?
