The number of tenants facing accelerated eviction proceedings is increasing. How have rule changes brought in a year ago affected the market?
Today on Call You and Yours we're asking if it's too easy for landlords to evict their tenants.
It's a year since the law on no-fault evictions was tightened, forcing landlords to obey some basic rules when telling tenants to leave. But the number of no-fault evictions is rising, with nine and a half thousand families ordered out of rented homes in England and Wales in the second quarter of this year.
