On this week's programme...

Junior doctors have announced a series of five day strikes. The Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt says this will be the worst doctors' strike in NHS history. The union is fighting the imposition of a new contract and Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has accused the Government of treating NHS staff as the "enemy". Some have questioned whether industrial action is compatible with a doctor's role in serving patients. We debate - Is it unethical for doctors to strike?

More migrants are entering Europe after desperate journeys across the sea. The migrant camp near Calais known as 'The Jungle' is growing in size - and there are concerns about vulnerable young people there. Meanwhile, the Government says that the UK having control over immigration after Brexit is not negotiable. Should the UK take in more migrants?

Gay clergy are this weekend calling for the Church of England to move forward on LGBT rights and accept the reality of same sex marriage. More conservative voices say things have gone too far already.听Is the Church behind the times on gay rights?

Also on the programme, Scottish crime novelist Val McDermid, who has sold fifteen million books, talks to Hardeep Singh Kohli about her dark side. And, singer Shaun Escoffery, one of the stars of the musical 'The Lion King', performs a new song 'Live Your Life' from his latest album.
