John meets animal handler Sarah Akarsu of Zoolab, who goes out to schools and nursing homes, bringing all sorts of insects and creatures with her, to try to alleviate people's fears about these creatures.
There’s spoken word from poets Colin Dardis and Geraldine O'Kane, who are involved with organizing and judging The Belfast Heat of the All Ireland Poetry Slam! With poetry from Belfast heat winner Tory Campbell.
John explores the new RADAR (Risk Avoidance and Danger Awareness Resource) Centre in Belfast – which is the first interactive safety education centre in NI, giving young people the chance to explore dangerous scenarios in a risk free environment, including house fires and road traffic accidents.
Plus Paula cooks up Pasta with Lamb Ragu to celebrate ‘Love Lamb Week’ (1st-7th Sept).
