Ullapool teenagers Alexia and India reveal that two-year-old brother Seb is their best friend, while in Lewis, three-year-old Uisdean takes a break from being out and about on his quadbike to have a yoghurt. Uisdean had a severe tongue-tie as a baby and came to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness to see tongue-tie specialist Karen Mackay for treatment. We catch up with triplet mum Claire and her family in Nairn, and while three-year-old Lily plays with big brother Gary, mum Dawn explains her concerns about Lily 's development after she was born six weeks premature and with splayed hips.
