Mary cooks up a celebration of six delicious dishes perfect for outdoor entertaining and lazy summer days. To start, she prepares a luxurious whole seabass with lime and dill butter that couldn't be simpler.

Next, Mary prepares two foolproof dishes guaranteed to go down a storm - lamb burgers with mint mayo and smoked Texan chicken wings - both perfect for outdoor cooking on those beautiful summer days.
