Britain's mobile phone sales force battle it out. For Hungarian-born Roland, success in the Shop Idol competition would mean recognition in his adopted home.
In this episode, it is a chance for the underdogs. Overlooked by their companies, these plucky men and women entered Shop Idol after fighting a public vote to get into the competition and they now face the mystery shopper.
Three sales associate Hungarian-born Roland Ratvai has only been in the country for seven years - he learnt English working as a toilet cleaner in Butlins before getting his job at Three. For him, success in the Shop Idol competition would mean recognition in his adopted home. Now the only thing between him and company recognition and bettering his life is the mystery shopper.
Rookie sales staff Kiet and Ayub were unemployed youngsters before maverick Lewisham lad Jason Appleby took them under his wing and now he is propelling them into the spot light. The mystery shop takes an unexpected turn in this funny and heartwarming episode.
