Kaye Adams talks to Dr Michael Mosley about a diet he says can help beat diabetes.

Beginners guide to Coding
An increasing number of Scottish children are learning how to code (computer game programming). Many of them just enjoy doing it as a hobby but the skills they learn are really valuable for their future careers. We find out what exactly is involved in coding, why more kids are doing it and if you should be encouraging your kids (especially girls) to take it up.

Dr Michael Mosley
Joining us ostensibly to talk about his book: The 8-Week Blood Sugar Diet - a ground breaking guide to defeating diabetes without drugs. He'll discuss the science that's demonstrated that you can prevent and even reverse type 2 diabetes with a simple change in diet and lifestyle.

Does prosecuting domestic abusers 'cause as many problems as it solves'?
That's what a senior Scottish judge has said. He says that lots of 'trivial' family arguments are ending up in the courts. Unsurprisingly his comments have been criticised in some quarters but others have said that he might actually have a point. Do domestic abusers always have to end up in the criminal justice system or do they need more support and education?

Do you need to have hair to be on TV?
Why do people on TV have to look a certain way (nice teeth, hair, tanned etc.)? Pat Nevin will be joining Kaye why he's had transplant treatment after being told his receding hairline was threatening his punditry career.
