From poor food to the perfect breakfast then a foodie favourite ingredient in posh nosh whatever next for black pudding? Well it seems black pudding has now joined the ranks of kale, blueberries and pomegranate as a superfood! On the Kitchen Café this week, Clare English charts the rise and rise of this Scottish favourite. Clare joins Chef Jacqueline O'Donnell to cook up some delicious recipes as well as chewing over some of the more unusual black pudding combinations and mulling over its regional and global variations.
