Inside Out West Midlands examines the work of a new police unit helping the families of road crash victims deal with tragedy. West Midlands Police have built a team of liaison officers following the pioneering work of one woman whose daughter was killed crossing the road. She felt bewildered by the system and fought for improvements for other families hit by the devastating impact road deaths can bring.
Presenter Andy Akinwolere will also be looking at one woman's mission to create an organic oasis, growing healthy food for local residents in one of the most deprived areas of the west Midlands.
And Satnam Rana investigates the state of regional theatre. How do they balance the books in an age of austerity?
