Janice Forsyth talks to 麻豆社 arts editor Will Gompertz about his a new book, Think Like an Artist, plus AL Kennedy and Robin Ince discuss creativity, and Tina C performs live.

The Janice Forsyth Show's Thursday offering at the 麻豆社 Blue Tent promises to brighten up your afternoon whether you're in the audience or listening on the radio! Janice Forsyth will be talking to 麻豆社 Arts Editor, Will Gompertz about 'how to embrace your creativity and improve your life!' He has interviewed plenty of creative people and just published a new book entitled 'Think Like An Artist.'

Joining him to explore this theme of creativity is A L Kennedy - the Dundee-born writer of novels, short stories and non-fiction. She taught Creative Writing at the University of St Andrews and now works the same magic at the University of Warwick, where she is an associate professor! And comedian Robin Ince who will tell us about his Festival show which questions the limitations of his mind and maybe yours too!!

The truly incomparable Country music legend Tina C performs and songs from her festival show and discusses the second volume of her biography, Complete and Utter Country - Hear stories about everyone from Tammy to Taylor, Mother Teresa to Bashar al-Assad - all illustrated with some of the finest country songs ever penned!

Worbey and Farrell, the internationally acclaimed piano duo also bring their unique touch to some of the world's greatest music; expect spectacular arrangements, original compositions and sensational piano-playing.

We'll also have our usual weekly movie reviews in the company of Siobhan Synnot and Alison Rowat who will discuss The Man from U.N.C.L.E. and Mistress America, Singer-songwriter Miriam Jones sings songs and discusses her work and Ronnie Browne - 'That Guy Fae The Corries' discusses his new book.
