This year is the 50th聽anniversary of Jennie Lee鈥檚 White Paper for the Arts.聽Baroness Hollis, author of the biography Jennie Lee:聽 A Life, joins John to talk about the creation of the White Paper and the significance of its contents.聽 is published by Faber Finds.
