It's a trip down memory lane for Denise, and she can't resist having a look around her old home. Denise and James meet the locals and set up an in-person social network in a campaign designed to tackle the growing issue of loneliness in the UK.
James also meets Esther Rantzen to find out about Silverline, a charity dedicated to tackling loneliness affecting the elderly. Britain is one of the loneliest places to live in Europe. James sets out to discover the causes and possible solutions.
