For the show that has been a Saturday afternoon fixture since 1964, Alyn Shipton celebrates the programme's birthday, with listeners' memories from all periods of the show. There'll be archive clips of previous presenters including Humphrey Lyttelton, Ken Sykora, Steve Race, Peter Clayton, and Charles Fox, and a guest appearance by Geoffrey Smith, plus examples of the wide range of music played on the programme during its long life.
