We hear from a listener who is struggling to continue in a relationship with her partner due to his obsession with pornography. Therapist Paula Hall, who specialises in the field of sex and pornography addiction and is chair of , joins Jane to discuss the issues raised.

Nicki Heywood emailed to ask why black, Asian and Ethnic Minority (BAME) women working in the media are being marginalised. found a major drop in the representation of Black Asian and Minority Ethnic people from 6.7% in 2009 to 5.4% in 2012. Jane is joined by Lucy Pilkington, who sits on the BAFTA learning and events committee and is an executive producer, and by Elonka Soros, Editor for Diversity & Communities at the 麻豆社, to discuss why production teams are not more diverse, how to get more BAME people employed in managerial roles, and whether diversity schemes really change things.Children with two homes
Listener Andrea Fawell contacted us to describe how she and her ex-husband Nigel share custody of their daughters; they swap every couple of days between the homes that are a few miles apart. The system was set up 11 years ago when Andrea and Nigel divorced but, as Gemma and Jade become young teenagers, Andrea worries whether the constant tooing and froing between two homes will continue to work. Reporter Henrietta Harrison went to speak to the family one evening at Dad鈥檚 house.
