More from Jim Reid

Jim Reid of the Jesus and Mary Chain continues his interview with Mary Anne, discussing stage-fright, alcohol and his utter lack of dance moves.

Jim Reid (The Jesus and Mary Chain) is usually quiet and unforthcoming. This morning he continues his open and frank chat with Mary Anne.

Formed in East Kilbride in 1983, the Jesus and Mary Chain have been one of the most influential and exciting British groups of all time, creatively thriving on the feisty partnership between Jim Reid and his brother William. Before breaking up in 1999 they released a chain of seminal albums and EPs, punctuated by short, violent live performances.

In 2007 the band reunited - although we are still waiting for the promised comeback album. This year they announced UK tour dates for November 2014 to perform 'Psychocandy Live', celebrating the 30th anniversary of their most famous album.

On this show you can hear the second half of Jim Reid's intimate conversation with Mary Anne (the first half was on yesterday's programme). In this show he talks about stage-fright, alcohol dependency, and his utter lack of dance moves.

This is an unmissable, funny, fascinating conversation for any Mary Chain fan.
