Alt-J Live at Maida Vale

Steve has Mercury Prize-winning band Alt-J live in session from Maida Vale, featuring the first radio play of tracks from their new album This Is All Yours.

As part of the 6 Music Live launch this week Steve has Mercury Prize winning band Alt-J live in session from Maida Vale. Steve was the original champion of Alt-J, plucking them from obscurity in 2012 and bringing them to the public's attention with their debut album An Awesome Wave. Now, with a Mercury win under their belt and a new album on the way, Steve has them back to play tracks from This is All Yours, due out later this month. This is the first time these new tracks will be heard on the radio, from an album which is set to be one of the best-selling of the year.
