The Bishops' Conference of Scotland announced last November the introduction of a range of safeguarding initiatives for the Catholic Church in Scotland. It's now ready to receive information from survivors of harm and abuse within the Catholic Church in Scotland. So is this a sign of a definitive new openness in the Scottish Catholic Church? Cathy is joined by editor of the Scottish Catholic Observer, Liz Leydon and chair of the McLellan Commission, The Very Reverend Dr Andrew McLellan.
