A dramatic night unfolds in Kiev.... Former Ukrainian PM Yulia Tymoshenko leaves jail to tell a crowd of thousands in Independence Square that they have toppled a dictatorship and earned the right to rule the country. There's no sign of former President Viktor Yanukovych, who the Ukrainian parliament impeached this afternoon.
The Local Government Association calls on social media firms to issue health warnings about the dangers of the Neknominate craze. The game involves people filming themselves downing alcohol and then nominating someone else on social media to do the same. It's been linked to the deaths of 5 people already this year.
