More severe flood warnings are put in place along the River Thames and MPs debate whether smoking in cars carrying children should be banned, ahead of vote.

With several severe flood warnings in place, Peter talks to experts and local residents about the affect of the floodwater on people's homes and health. MPs debate whether smoking in cars carrying children should be banned ahead of a vote. Caroline talks to a Labour MP and a doctor who support a ban, a pro-smoking campaigner and the former head of Metropolitan Police's Traffic Division who thinks it would be difficult to enforce.
The Archbishop of York, Dr John Sentamu tells Drive that employers who can afford it should pay what's known as a 'living wage' - an hourly wage based on the cost of living.
