The Bible: The Complete Word of God (abridged), a production by the Reduced Shakespeare Company, was due to open next week at the Theatre At The Mill in Newtownabbey.

But now the show has been cancelled after councillors complained that the irreverent comedy is offensive to the borough's Christian community
