We've got a full complement at Breakfast this morning, with Chris, Vassos, Lynn and Mo Stu re-united in the studio and ready to wake the nation.
We find out if listeners are back on track, following the stormy weather, and Louise Lear from the Â鶹Éç Weather Centre fills us in on the East-West divide.
Things get fruity - with a dash of rum - as Lorraine Pascale talks Christmas puddings and gives us some marvellous marinating tips.
And after lovely Lorraine revealed that she didn't use her own kitchen when filming her TV series, our Top Tenuous allows you to share your claims to the fame of "THEY USED OURS!"
Plus we hear about Alfie Winfborrow's 24-hour basketball fundraiser, and Simon Cohen delivers today's Pause For Thought.

Pause for Thought
With Simon Cohen, who runs a communications agency.
Ìý
This week we took baby Seren up her first mountain, the Skirrid in Wales. I had a bit of a wobble before the climb, finding reasons not to take the journey. But I heard a story from Buddhism that made me think differently about how we face challenges in our lives.
Ìý
A man was on a pilgrimage to the top of a mountain, to meet an enlightened being of wisdom. With the mountain’s peak lost in the clouds, he stops to ask an old lady for help. ‘How long does it take to get to the top?’ She says nothing. He raises his voice ‘How long to the top?’ Complete silence. Assuming the lady must be deaf (or very rude), he presses on, up the mountain. After a few seconds, the lady calls out. ‘Two days. It will take you two days.’ The man asks why she didn’t say anything earlier. ‘You were standing still when you asked. I could only tell you how long it would take, when I could see you walking.’
Ìý
If you’re anything like me, you have plenty of mountains in your lives. There are the physical challenges - like rehabilitation from an injury, training for a race. Then there are the mountains in the mind - problems at home or work, bouts of self-doubt, or mountains of debt stacking up. Their solutions, like the pilgrim’s summit, may be obscured in the clouds. So, how to overcome these?
Ìý
Martin Luther King Jr said ‘faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.’ And so it is with the mountains in life.Ìý The first steps might be to find the self-belief to admit that there is a problem, or to talk about concerns to loved ones. I believe that wisdom is sometimes found not only by pausing for thought, but by taking a few small steps to show faith in ourselves, that we will eventually conquer the mountains in our lives.
