In the wake of the recent boat tragedies in the Mediterranean, we hear the extreme lengths migrants and refugees go to in order to reach the UK. The Health Secretary, Jeremy Hunt, says it's a "national shame" that 800,000 of England's elderly people are chronically lonely. The National Association of Probation Officers have voted to take industrial action - we get response from the General Secretary and the Prisons Minister. And we speak to Mo Ansar, the Muslim commentator who's under police protection after being threatened by terror group Al-Shabaab.
