For over 120 years St James' Vets have been treating all creatures great and small from their branches in Swansea and Neath. In this third episode, exotic specialist Lance Jepson operates on a chameleon with a mystery lump. Vet Rebecca has to treat a herd of alpacas and could two puppies awaiting surgery on their broken legs discover that they have more in common than just their injuries?
