Jasmine Harman helps 79-year-old engineer Jeff in Plymouth deal with his hoard. In East London, she helps a mother whose hoard now prevents her from actually living in her flat.
Jeff is 79 and lives in Plymouth. A former engineer who lives in a house full to the brim with his possessions is about to confront his hoarding with Jasmine's help. She moves a whole floor's worth of hoard to a local warehouse and he has to decide to get rid or continue to live amongst chaos.
Jean in East London's hoard is so bad that she hasn't been able to live in her flat for years. For Jasmine and Jean's daughter Jeanette the struggle becomes incredibly emotional as they try and get her to finally tackle the mountain of things that are stopping her living in her own home.
Can Jasmine and her team of experts help these chronic hoarders overcome their conditions and move forward?
