The Brand New Heavies take Craig through their new album, Forward.

The Brand New Heavies take us through their new album 'Forward'. And we couldn't have these guys in without giving you some of their classics from back in the day. The Brand New Heavies have been laying down the funk since the 1980's, when they started out as an instrumental group and have become known throughout the clubs worldwide. This is their first album in 6 years and it's got their trademark sound with some old and new vocalists.

Craig loves a good book so he's excited to be talking to the author of 'Mod: A Very British Style' to find out, 'What Is Mod'? Is it a genre? An attitude? Or, a style?
