Swept in on a tide of pure excellence day 1 of a 2 day residency on 6 Music - it's the wonderful Wave Pictures.

Being esteemed friends of the show and being in the middle of a series of UK wide dates as they've got 3 nights in Manchester, we thought we'd grab them and pull them into our studio for a couple of sessions. Because we thought it we just went ahead and did it - we are crazy.

Plus we chat to Stephen Pastel from Mono Records in Glasgow about record store day and he picks his favourite release of the week.
