The programme will be live from the Salford Philharmonic Studio with chef Simon Rimmer & the team behind 麻豆社 Introducing in Manchester. Plus former Coronation Street actor Sean Wilson joins us to talk about his love of music and his new cheese making company, we'll be having a look at the secret side of Salford, hear about the upcoming Salford Music Festival and have live music from Salford based band - We The Dead and Manchester's very own Badly Drawn Boy will be talking to us about how he writes music.
