Steve interviews Ed Richards, Chief Executive of Ofcom, on some of the key areas in his brief. What, if anything, needs to be done to support public service broadcasting? Is Ofcom willing and able to be part of system regulating the press? How far can Ofcom protect internet users from inappropriate content? What happens to the "watershed" when so many programmes are watched on demand? And does he regret having to disclose that he wanted the 麻豆社 director general's job?
