Fears for oak and sweet chestnut trees
Ash trees in the South East have been hit by the deadly disease Chalara fraxinea, known as Ash dieback, in the last year and experts are warning that other types of trees are also under threat.

Last spring a fungus called sweet chestnut blight was found on 30 trees in a Sussex orchard, which is thought to have been imported from Europe.
