Jane Garvey reports on Comic Relief projects in Ghana. Aasmah Mir meets hat designer Philip Treacy. Social media is now an integral part of a young person's life: on safer internet day we hear from teenagers about the jealousy or sense of exclusion they can feel when party pictures are routinely posted on websites. Lucie Russell, Director of Campaigns, Policy and Participation at Young Minds and Dr Barbie Clarke, Managing Director, Family, Kids and Youth give advice for parents.

Jane Garvey is live in Accra, Ghana to mark and to share some of the good news about the difference money has made. Projects like the Comic Relief funded Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisations (GAVI) which distributes vaccines against pneumococcus and rotavirus. A recent study from Germany has revealed that one in three people felt worse after visiting Facebook. They were envious about witnessing other people’s holidays, love lives etc. But what impact is it having on this generation of teenagers who have grown up with social media.  To coincide with  we discuss the social pressures of navigating those teenage years in a very public way. After a twenty year long career, that passion for beautifully made things has not subsided, and his creations have graced the heads of models, royalty and celebrity. Philip Treacy talks to Aasmah Mir about his undiminished love of hats.
