The Wedding Present

Marc has a session from Leeds band The Wedding Present.

Warb my dingles it's the bloomin' Wedding Present in session tonight. Yes please.

It has been close to two years since we have had a Wedding Present live session, way too long.

The Leeds born band, currently made up of David Gedge, Pepe Le Moko, Patrick Alexander and Charlie Layton, formed back in 1985 and have just release their latest album Valentina on Scopitones records.

Having always done things their own way, and with John Peel firmly on their side they have chalked up 9 studio albums, 2 live albums, 13 compilation albums, 2 eps and 34 singles (18 of which have gone in to the UK top 40).

They can now add one more Marc Riley Salford session to that list!
