Live from the Edinburgh Festival Fringe

Shaun brings Middle Age Shout Outs live from the Edinburgh Fringe with Josie Long, Nicolas Parsons, David O'Doherty and Abandoman performing in front of a live audience.

Shaun's last show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2012 is all set to be an exciting occassion. In front of a live studio audience he'll bring Middle Age Shout Outs to the masses, performed live in front of an audience for the first time ever. Add to this 6 Music favourite, and friend of the show, Josie Long taking part in Song Of Praise and Rob Broderick AKA Abandoman and David O'Doherty joining in after 9am.

Abandoman are previous winners of both Hackney Empire New Act of the Year and The Musical Comedy Awards and they always create hilarious musical sketches at lightning speed live in front of their audience. Rob has just toured with Ed Sheeran (don't let that put you off) and joins Shaun to give an added Rap element to Middle Age Shout Outs.

We're also joined by British Radio institution - Nicolas Parsons. The host of 'Just a Minute' is making his 11th appearence at the Edinburgh Fringe and chats with Shaun about his 2012 show 'The Nicholas Parsons Happy Hour'.

All this plus Irish stand-up comedian, author, musician, actor and playwright and all-round nice bloke David O'Doherty joins after 9am to chat about his show 'Seize the David O'Doherty'.

As it's Friday expect a kicking playlist of new tracks and classic tunes and a peom to end the week once more.
