Live from the Edinburgh Festival Fringe
Shaun is live from the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with Australian-British comedian Mark Little, plus former 6 Music presenter Sean Hughes drops by to talk about his two shows.
Shaun is joined by Mark Little after 8am. Mark is best known for his portrayal of Joe Mangel in the soap phenomenon Neighbours, where he created one of Ramsay Street's most legendary characters.
He received an Australian Television Society Best Actor nomination for his role as Joe. Having presented TV programmes and acted on stage across the UK his new show returns to Edinburgh this year. He chats with Shaun about the show and his experiences of the festival.
All this plus former 6Music presenter Sean Hughes drops by after 9am to talk about his two shows - Life Becomes Noises and Sean Hughes Stands Up.
'Life Becomes Noises' is all about death - inspired by the death of his father over a year ago. The irreverent funny man tackles the subject head-on giving us an insight into the lighter side of the dark side, whilst highlighting how ridiculous life is and how quickly it can be taken away.
Sean Hughes Stands Up sees our protagonist (Sean) asking such questions as: does David Attenborough actually like animals? And, is Sean's hair a metaphor for the Syrian uprising?
