Shaun is back and smashing Monday out of the park with a kicking playlist, your Earworms, a Song of Praise and journalist Sarfraz Manzoor sharing his love of Bruce Springsteen.

Shaun Keaveny takes a rib-tickling satirical romp through the day's news and events, with the perfect morning soundtrack for any music-lover; from northern soul to new folk; rock 'n' roll to indie disco.

Sarfraz Manzoor is a journalist, author, documentary maker and broadcaster. He is also a massive fan of The Boss - Bruce Springsteen. He joins Shaun to talk about the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and his show 'the Boss Rules' which celebrates the American rocker and why his music contains the secrets of life, love and happiness.
