Broadcasting live from The Mermaid Theatre on the embankment of the Thames, Graham and Jeremy are joined by a host of Radio 2 presenters and special guests:
Steve Wright tells the story of the significance of the Thames and its connection to HM The Queen,
Tony Blackburn runs down the Diamond Jubilee Chart with music that's fit for a Queen,
Anneka Rice has an exclusive preview of a new exhibition of HM The Queen's diamonds ,
Vanessa Feltz profiles three listeners born in 1952, 1977 and 2002, all of whom have inspirational stories to tell,
And Nicki Chapman provides live updates from the Thames as the Flotilla sails by.
Plus, Imelda Staunton reads a new Diamond Jubilee poem written especially for Radio 2 by rising poetry star Mark Niel.
Graham and Jeremy chat to listeners around the country about their Jubilee celebrations and four lucky listeners share their personally-narrated stories about meeting The Queen.
